President of Assomusica appointed at the Italian Superior Council of Entertainment Events

At its meeting on 8 November last, the Unified Conference nominated Vincenzo Spera, President of Assomusica, as a member of the Superior Council of Entertainment, as foreseen by the 175/2017 Act, representing the Regions.
The Board is a consultative body with the aim of ensuring the most effective implementation of the new legislation on entertainment, the law better known as the Entertainment Code, to which Assomusica has contributed, following the process from the beginning, up to start of the
The body will remain in office for three years and will replace the Consultancy for Entertainment in its functions. In particular, the Board of Directors will carry out consultancy and support tasks in the development and implementation of sector policies, as well as in the preparation of general criteria regarding the allocation of public resources to support entertainment activities.

I put at the disposal of the Council all my experience, my skills and my passion for this work: I will try to give my contribution, bringing in my thoughts and representing the requests and needs of live music in Italy. In doing so, I will focus on the need for a great synergy between the
entertainment sectors and the link with European and international experiences, trying to make me an interpreter of all the lively complexity of this sector.
